After completing his degree, Jesus moved to the UK in search of new adventures and ended up pursuing a Master’s at the prestigious Royal College of Art. His artistic practice is deeply rooted in his life experiences, particularly his work as a nurse, which serves as his primary inspiration. Torio’s art is characterized by its exploration of color and abstraction, aiming to create contemplative spaces that invite viewers to find their own meanings and interpretations.
